Let us pray: Dearest God, Father of mercy and compassion, as our brothers
and sisters once again prepare for battle, we pray that you constantly watch
over them and protect them from harm and danger. May they serve our causes as
best as they could. Save them Lord in the brink of death. Heal their wounds and
strengthen their faith. May their sacrifices bring victory to your kingdom.
