Let us pray: O God, my strength and my refuge,
I pray that you sustain me with self-control and understanding to those who
keeps on putting me down. No insult or harsh words can break me Lord as long as
you shield me with your love and protection. May you always guide me and remind
me to never repay evil with evil. Amen.
