Let us pray: Dear God, with your birth comes
a fresh start for all of us. We rejoice in our newfound hope. With you, we
become new again. We need you more than anything. We need you Lord Jesus to
guide our daily actions. We look forward for a prosperous new year. As you
refresh us, teach us to refresh our relationships with others. Help us to seek
forgiveness from those we have hurt. Help us to forgive those who have hurt us
too. Help us to see You in others. We ask that you make all things new, in our
hearts, in our minds, in our lives, for this coming year. Amen.
