Why Pray the Scriptures?

The teaching of the wise is a fountain of life, turning a person from the snares of death. (Proverbs 13:14)

Let us pray: Our God of wisdom and fortune, grant us the ability to realize your will. Send us Your Holy Spirit to guide our daily activities. Teach us Lord to execute your commandments wholeheartedly. May we always aspire to do what is right not only for our own sake but for the sake of the whole world. Amen.
