Let us pray: Lord Jesus, our savior and redeemer, you willingly sacrificed yourself on the cross so that mankind will be saved and receive eternal life in heaven. We pray for the fulfillment of this promise to our departed brothers and sisters. May they receive your love and compassion even in death. May they experience eternal peace with you in heaven. Amen.
