Let us pray: Heavenly Father, I have harbored
ill feelings for so long against those who have done me wrong in the past. I
cannot seem to let go of the pains they have cause me. Please help me root out
these negative feelings and thoughts. Please help me overcome them so that I
may live in peace. Grant me forgiveness Lord as I forgive those who have hurt
me. Amen.
