Why Pray the Scriptures?

For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. (Mark 11:23 KJV)

LET US PRAY: Lord, thanks for the assurance that whatever Your children say to their troubles, it shall be so. Nevertheless I know that it is not possible to those who do not have faith in You. I also know that to become Your child, one must possess faith that he/she may please You. Lord, today I come to You asking that You empty me of all forms of doubt, uncertainty, and pessimism. I ask You to fill me with faith, confident, and optimism. Lord, I know that everything will work out just fine because You are my Father and I am Your child. Lord, today, with no doubt in my heart, I speak to my troubles to be cast into the fire of hell. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
