LET US PRAY: God of all creation,
we are not worthy to stand in your presence. And yet, you continue to give us
everything. All that we are and have were born from your gracious hands. People
we know and love are merely beings made by you from the dust of the earth. And
any chance we have for eternity and true happiness comes from your wonderful
gift of grace. A gift each of us can receive. Lord, please instill in my heart
a genuine appreciation for all that is given. Teach us in your ways to remember
where we come from and to whom all glory should flow. May we grow hearts of
undying gratitude for Jesus Christ; the one who continues to give all to those
who believe in eternal salvation through him.
Amen.
