Let us pray: Lord Jesus, you have showed the whole world the true meaning of commitment to the Christian life. I pray that through your teachings and examples, our church leaders today will do the same thing. I pray that they look back and realize what discipleship truly means. May they serve the community with real passion. May they stay away from the temptations of fabulous lifestyles. Strengthen their faith Lord so that they may stay true to their calling in preaching the gospels. Amen.
