Let us pray: Jesus my Lord and Savior, calm my fears at night when I cannot sleep. Teach me on how to bravely face in the morning all my worries. Although it is difficult what I am going through, help me Lord not to give in to anger and depression. And when I can no longer go on, show me your mercy Lord and help me carry my burdens. I place my trust in you. My body and soul I surrender in your arms. Amen.
