Let us pray: God our Father, my prayer for today is for all
woman who are single and old and woman incapable of giving birth. Grant them
confidence, understanding and wisdom. May they look at their situations with a
more positive view. May they encourage one another and find ways to use their
maternal affection to children who are less fortunate. Empower them Lord God
and cast away feelings such as bitterness and self-pity. Enlighten them dear
Father that they can still be worthy in your perfect world. Amen.
