Let us pray: Our God in the Highest, we remember your
unconditional love through Jesus our Lord who chose to sacrifice his self and
set aside his personal glories in order to save us. May your love draw us
closer to you and inspire us to do selfless act for others too. Teach us Lord
to sacrifice for the sake of the poor. Show us on how to make their lives
better and easier. Make us your instrument Lord in the realization of their
dreams. Grant us kindness and understanding. Amen.
