Why Pray the Scriptures?

And may your hearts be fully committed to the LORD our God, to live by his decrees and obey his commands, as at this time." (1 Kings 8:61)



Let us pray: Heavenly Father, into your hands I commit my life. Take me under your care and allow me to act upon your will. For you are the master of my fate and you alone made the perfect design for my body and spirit. I will answer to your calling. With all my heart I will heed your commandments. May I glorify you in every action I make. Amen.
