Let us pray: God our Father, my mistakes are never hidden from your eyes. I feel ashamed and guilty for my actions. I have hurt myself, the people I love and most of all I have disgraced you Lord. Please forgive me and please help me forgive myself. I need your help Lord to let go of my ill feelings. Please restore my confidence and faith.
