Let us pray: Oh my Jesus, this feeling of guilt has made me
sleepless and troubled for so many nights. I feel terrible everytime I think of
the words I have said that hurt the people I love. Forgive me Lord for being so
ignorant and proud. I pray for your guidance as I reach out to my loveones. I
promise that I will never utter words that would make them feel terrible again.
Fill me with your spirit and help me restore the peace that I have broken.
