Let us pray: Our most Sovereign God, as we
approach the celebration of Independence Day, we ask you to heal our land. Take
away oh Holy Father the root cause of this nation’s problems. We are humbly
asking that may the problems about economy, education, morality, politics,
racism and safety finally come to an end. Forgive us for prioritizing too much
on our personal interests over the interests of this nation. We pray for our
leaders to set aside their personal ambitions and differences of opinion with
others and lead us properly instead. Amen.
