Let us pray: Lord, bless all the
elderly in this world most especially all the grandparents who have devoted
their early life in molding and shaping younger generations to become dutiful,
reverent, wise and God-fearing. May they feel that they are loved and respected
and that their influence and wisdom are greatly valued. May they never see
their selves as weak or incapable. These we pray in Jesus’ name, Amen.
