A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels: to understand a proverb, and the interpretation; the words of the wise, and their dark sayings. The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
LET US PRAY: Dear Lord in Heaven, I seek to learn from the wise teachings of your Word. I seek out counsel and teachings from knowledgeable family, church and business leaders in my community, to have clear understanding, and to recognize and avoid fools in our midst. I want wise thoughts for the challenges of my life, and wish to always remember during stressful moments, that how I treat others is more important than the task or conflict at hand. I pray for an open mind and heart, and a flowering growth of my wisdom, according to your will. In Jesus' name I pray.
